I was lucky enough to work with Penny during a virtual event I produced this week. Penny’s mental toughness speech is not only inspirational but has ideas and themes everyone can relate to. Penny’s personal stories of self-belief and overcoming some pretty bleak challenges with practical insights were absolutely spot on for this audience. She really listened to the challenges the audience were facing by undertaking some Mental Toughness Assessments with a cross-section of the audience which gave her real insight into what they as an industry are facing. Penny also hosted the event – an absolute pro! She hosted with humour and knowledge of the sector. And we were working in a freezing studio but she didn’t complain once! So easy and professional to work with.
