What can I bring to you event, as a Motivational Speaker?

(And Why Mental Toughness Might Be the Missing Piece)

When you’re planning a company conference or leadership event, you want more than a speaker who simply entertains. You want someone who can move minds, change perspectives, and spark lasting behaviour change. That’s what a truly great motivational speaker brings to the stage - and that’s exactly what I do.

As a motivational keynote speaker specialising in Mental Toughness, I help audiences understand how to perform under pressure, stay focused when things get tough, and build resilience that lasts. My keynotes are available from 20 to 90 minutes, designed to fit seamlessly into conferences, team meetings, and sales kick-offs.

But more than the length of a session, what really matters is the impact it has on the people.

Why Book a Motivational Speaker?

A motivational speaker sets the tone for your entire event. The right keynote can turn an ordinary conference into a defining moment - one that re-energises your people, shifts mindsets, reignites purpose, and aligns everyone behind a shared goal.

In today’s workplace, where change, pressure and uncertainty are constant, your people don’t just need more information, they need inspiration, belief and practical tools to perform at their best.

That’s where a great motivational speaker adds real value: by helping teams build the mindset to handle stress, pressure, and setbacks with composure and confidence.

What Makes My Approach Different

There are plenty of motivational speakers out there. But few bring together the combination of real-world experience, proven psychology, and genuine relatability that I do.

I speak from experience, not theory.
I left home at 14, I was homeless for two years, but despite the odds I became a Campion Rally Driver, and became the first woman in the world to compete in a World Rally Car for Ford. I’ve run multiple marathons, climbed some of the world’s highest mountains, fought in the boxing ring, and I’m currently training to row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean.

Everything I teach about mental toughness, I’ve lived. That’s why my audiences connect - because what I share isn’t a cringey motivational cliché, it’s real, raw and deeply practical.

My keynote Mental Toughness: The One Thing That Changes Everything helps people understand the psychology of resilience through Doug Strycharczyk and Peter Clough’s 4Cs model - Control, Commitment, Challenge and Confidence.

It’s not about hype; it’s about giving people tools to perform under pressure and thrive when things get tough.

I don’t just tell stories, I involve the audience. They take part in short, interactive challenges designed to boost focus, confidence, and determination in the moment.

By the end, people walk away with a mindset shift -  a sense that they can handle far more than they thought possible.

What Audiences Gain

Event organisers often tell me my sessions are the most talked-about part of the day. That’s because I bring more than energy  -  I bring transformation.

Here’s what your audience will take away:

  • Resilience under pressure – how to stay calm, clear and composed when challenges hit
  • Confidence and self-belief – learning to trust their own ability to deliver
  • Focus and determination – how to stay on track when motivation fades
  • Practical tools – simple exercises to strengthen mental toughness long after the event

And because my keynotes are grounded in psychology, they’re not just inspiring — they’re actionable. Your people will leave ready to apply what they’ve learned to real situations the very next day.

Why Organisations Book Me

I’m hired by organisations that want their people to up their game - to think, act and perform like champions. Whether it’s a sales kick-off, leadership summit or company away day, my message helps teams become more resilient, motivated, and mentally fit to face whatever’s next.

Clients often say my keynote delivers exceptional value for money because it combines world-class storytelling, performance psychology, and genuine experience in one session.

I’ve worked with companies such as Google, Sky, NatWest, Microsoft, Airbus and Coca-Cola, helping thousands of people build the mindset they need to thrive.

Why It Works

Motivational speakers who simply tell stories can inspire for a moment. But motivational speakers who combine real experience with science, and connect it to the pressures your people face every day, create change that sticks.

That’s what I do.

Because when your people develop true mental toughness, they don’t just perform better, they lead better, sell better, and live better.

If you’re planning your next event and want your audience to walk away energised, focused and ready to perform, let’s talk.
