I work with a maximum of 3 clients at any one time, so you’ll experience unparalleled personal and professional growth.
My 3 month Mental Toughness Coaching Programme doesn’t suits everyone. I ask a lot of uncomfortably challenging questions. That way, you get results.
I've always been super ambitious and set my sights high, just as you do. I work with some pretty smart people, and often they struggle to find a coach who can meet them at their level.
I've been a champion Rally Driver (amongst other things) so I understand what it takes to be successful, and develop a winning mindset. I fully understand the joys and pains that can bring.
I don't sugarcoat things, and I talk directly to you without fear of hurting your feelings or your ego. I may be the only brutally honest person in your life, the only one to tell you what you need to hear, and help you see what you cannot see yourself. No matter who you are.
Right now you might not fully believe you can become who you want to become, or achieve what you want to achieve. But through my coaching process, that will all change.

Mental Toughness coaching may include an online assessment which measures your levels of confidence, sense of control, commitment, and approach to challenges.
A 16 page report is produced which we can work on to develop various areas of your mindset attitude and approach. The assessment is a valuable tool that measures how you are thinking and behaving. Penny is accredited by AQR International to deliver these assessments.
The 4 pillars of Mental Toughness are Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence.
These are the foundation of high performance, how we stay focused, determined, and how we perform under stress and pressure.
Control
Life Control Believing you have the ability to influence or direct the outcomes of your life. Having a sense of agency
Emotional Control Having the capacity to manage and regulate your emotions, ensuring they don’t negatively affect your performance
Challenge
Stretching yourself Your willingness to push beyond your comfort zone, embrace growth and develop yourself through challenging experiences
Learning from everything Your ability to derive lessons and insights from all your experiences, viewing both failures and successes as learning experiences
Confidence
Confidence in your ability Having a strong belief in your ability, skills and competency. Trusting yourself to tackle tasks and challenges effectively
Confidence with people The confidence you have interacting with others, be able to influence, persuade and maintain positive relationships
Commitment
Goals Your ability to set, pursue and achieve specific, measurable objectives as a means to drive your motivation and success
Delivery Your focus on executing tasks and projects efficiently, prioritising the completion and delivery of outcomes
The 4 Cs model of Mental Toughness (Control, Commitment, Challenge, Confidence) was developed by Professor Peter Clough and Dr. Doug Strycharczyk, and is used with acknowledgement to AQR International.
