Your Mental Toughness can be measured! The online assessment takes around 12 minutes to complete and provides a 17 page report on your confidence, commitment, control and your approach to challenges. You’ll then have a 1 hr zoom feedback session with Penny to identify areas for developing your Mental Toughness.

The Mental Toughness assessment is a unique psychometric measure that measures Mental Toughness which describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do. It is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit, etc.

Once you have purchased your assessment, you’ll receive a link to complete the assessment. The assessment is an online questionnaire and takes 15 minutes to complete. After submitting your answers a report will be produced that provides an overall mental toughness score and scores in the areas of your commitment, challenge, control and confidence.
You'll then have a 1 hour zoom feedback call with Penny to discuss your report, what it shows about your Mental Toughness, and areas in which you can develop.
